Wild Life Rocking It!!!!

I’ve posted this on my FB, but, I thought some of you guys might also be interested in this.  It’s fantastic!  Lions, Water Buffalo, and Crocodiles!

When I think about this video and think about the emotions I go through, I realize some things …… as most conservatives do.

Nature is harsh and unforgiving.  But, in the wild, there is no more value of one, over the other.  One lives, another may die because of it.  It is the way of the wild.  There are too many lessons to see here, and too many for me to write about.  So, I’ll just post the vid, and let people comment.

This is not millennial safe space stuff!!…….LOL

  2. That’s been out a few years now, I believe, but still pretty incredible.

The little guy survives it in the end! ( At least at the point the video ends.) I’m betting those are fairly young, inexperienced lions. A couple mature males and females and it most likely ends differently.

this is one of my favorites…

      • leftinflagstaff says:

Heh. Yeah, sometimes they get in over their heads. But a big mature male lion probably ends it more quickly with that young buffalo, likely negating any rescue attempt by the adults. Or even dragging further from the herd.

  3. leftinflagstaff says:

Both sides’ silly skin color addicts are at it again. I suppose if leads to the war we do need, it will have some redeeming value.

    • Latitude says:

I’m at the point I’m convinced it was staged….both sides are being paid by the same people…..state of emergency over ~200 people…and the news is playing it up as white nationalists….who are perfectly entitled to have a march…and it was the left groups that attacked them

I think what James is saying here is that Trump can;t get it done because there are too many swamp creatures with a heard mentality at every turn! But if it isn’t then I am saying it!

    • Me says:

But not to worry, as the saying goes Rome wasn’t built in a day, but it was destroyed in a day!!!! Yes it was and good luck trying to do that to Trump!!! Bottom Line!

    • Me says:

Remember Trump used a Lion on his or as part of his campaign slogan! Ironically the Dems used the jackass, meaning slow and steady and dependable, but they are anything but!!!!! And the Repubs use the elephant, Large, strong and never forgets. Except for how they got re-elected on the coat tails of Trump!!!! Bottom Line!

As this was a theme recently:
    http://www.unionleader.com/column/Deroy-Murdock-Ghost-voters-are-haunting-America-08112017

More than 3.5 million people in the U.S. are registered to vote than are alive among America’s adult citizens.

“All told, California is a veritable haunted house, teeming with 1,736,556 ghost voters. “

When GOP Gov. Rick Scott tried to obey these laws and update Florida’s records, including deleting 51,308 deceased voters, Obama’s Justice Department sued to stop him.

    • Latitude says:

…now why..or even how?….can someone be sued for updating their books

Assuming all those dead people voted Democrat, that would wipe out Hillary’s popular vote lead.

Cats, for all the stories about them, are humane hunters. They suffocate their victims before they eat them. Dogs start eating them as soon as they are brought down. That is why the calf was still alive.

Too funny….the libs were wetting their pants all week
…and the adults knew it was going to go this way

Yeh ……. it’s funny! …… Charlottesville, though, has been on my mind. Was going to write about it, today, but, Trump “Trumped” me. Now, I have to wait for the response of the leftards.

The ape who went to college died …. 😦

“He could use tools, play jokes, hold a conversation and even invent his own words.”

“His language was becoming more complex. When he didn’t know a sign, he adapted others: ketchup was ‘tomato-toothpaste’, and a Big Mac was ‘cheese-meat-bread’.”

“A campus worker who had suffered an accident to his hand was ‘Dave Missing-Finger’. ”

“After two years Chantek was moved to Atlanta Zoo, where he lives with other orangutans. He cannot accept they’re the same species as him, though – he calls them ‘orange dogs’.”

    • Latitude says:

I’ve raised a lot of so called wild animals…most of them before their eyes were open..without exception..they all identified as human

      • As someone who keeps tropical fish, I’ve always wondered how fish school. Most fish aren’t raised by their parents, so they don’t have that parental imprinting option. Yet they know which school of fish they belong to. I’ve asked fish experts and have never really gotten an answer. Maybe it’s smell (or taste as smells don’t travel in water).

        Jim

        • Latitude says:

but Jim, fish that school are born into a school

        • You’re kidding–obviously. Fry are fish food until they get big enough.

          Jim

        • suyts says:

          He’s prolly not kidding.

        • Latitude says:

Jim, it’s smell….but it’s a learned behavior….they are just wired to recognize that behavior
Take a schooling fish…as opposed to obligate shoaling… like a herring…….raise it alone…and it doesn’t recognize that behavior.
Most all are egg scatters that have a larvae stage…that move up and down as plankton…they start out that way, and just continue it

        • Latitude says:

          “egg scatters” what’s that??

          scatterers

In other news, there was a special election held yesterday for the open Senate seat held by Luther Strange (former state Attorney General), who replaced Jeff Sessions when he joined the Trump Administration. More laughs than a barrel of monkeys. I voted for (former Chief Justice) Roy Moore, partly as payback for the sliming of him that’s been done over the years and got really ugly this time, in par, from outside money. There will be a runoff in September on the Republican side and the final election in November. If Judge Moore makes it, I will see it as justice served by divine intervention. Others, not so much.

For those who are not from Alabama and/or not familiar with her politics, Judge Moore is a fighter and is a polarizing figure, like our president.

    • suyts says:

Yeh, I’ve been too lax on this … and, yeh, go Moore!!! They’re trying to work me to death, so I’ve got to pick my topics and points of interest.
