This is how I know the left of this nation have sub-par inteligence. You see, the people who elected Trump, by in large, don’t care if the “non-essential” people who “help” run our government are sent home. Further, as the “government shutdown” procedes (perhaps), other people will note how their lives are not affected nor effected.
I’m still going to go to work and get paid. I’m still going to pump my gas and pay the people at the ‘get-n-go’. They’re still going to get paid. Every one who does something worthwhile, will still get paid. The people whose checks are in peril are the people who vote Dim (for the most part). So, the Dims are going to shut down the government ……… I really don’t see a downside to this one.
Sure, the leftarded media will play this up as the evil Repubs refusing to give amnesty to the poor children, but, that’s fine, the new media will expose the left as being the people who shut down the government. ……. It’s bad math. Sure, I understand the left needs to import more voters, but, you’re going to lose the people you’re hurting, which will prevent you from any gains and move to the negative.
If the last election didn’t prove anything else, it did prove how impotent the LSM has become, and, it has become more so since then.

Government shutdown means more government, not less. Try going to one of the parks closed due to the shutdown and see if you don’t get stopped by a government agent that wouldn’t otherwise have been there.

It’s not that it shutdown. It’s why it did. Sure, it’s nice to limit whatever time they have to operate, and spend money in their bloated condition. But it will fire back up again. Same as it was, or worse.
The only government shutdown that will ever matter is the one our guns create. These people have to learn to fear us again. And not just the fear of losing elections, and returning to their great private lives. Fear for their great private life itself. It’s the only way our system was going to work longterm. All governments naturally decay into tyranny.
Or, they’ll keep doing whatever they want to do to us, while they hold office. Governing for themselves, and for what they think we should be.
And of course, that fear of us defending ourselves and our way of life, also needs to return to millions of our citizens, and millions of our foreigners. The true root of the problem.
