As captioned in the top photo, #47 is Kiko Alonso, linebacker for the Miami Dolphins, whose father is a Cuban exile. Alonso got the assist in the tackle on the last play of the game. He also recovered a fumble and intercepted a pass in the Dolphin win over the ‘9ers.

Nope; only wordpress determines what goes on wordpress. It would only be possible to manipulate the commenting for others with a lot of coding effort specifically for wordpress’s comment forms. Providers would just block a blog completely if a state agency forced them.
