NFL Wildcard Playoff Predictions!!!!

Well, let’s see if I can’t predict the playoffs any better than the regular season.  The wildcard games are just about to get underway!

(11-5-0) Chiefs  First up is the KC Chiefs against the Texans.  One of my biggest concerns about KC is that they haven’t played a quality team for some time now, so they may not be prepared for the step up in competition.  That said, the Chiefs are a complete team.  They don’t really have any great aspects to their team, they’re just solidly good all around.  The Texans ….. not so much.  I think the Chiefs will handle this one pretty well, assuming the coach doesn’t get stupid.

(9-7-0) Texans

(10-6-0) Steelers  This is a tough call.  But, I’m picking the Steelers.  Here’s why ……. the Bengals are 4-4 over their last 8 games.  The Steelers are 6-2 over the same period of time, including a win at Cincy.  Dalton is out for the Bengals.  His sub, McCarron has been out passed by the likes of Gabbert and Mallett during his starts.  Pitt wins this one.

(12-4-0) Bengals

(10-6-0) Seahawks  Okay, this one is real iffy.  It’s going to be stupid cold up in Minnesota.  That said, I think the Hawk defense will shut down AP.  I don’t think Bridgewater is a quality QB.  He can certainly show me wrong this Sunday, but, I don’t think his game is near what Wilson’s is, right now.

(11-5-0) Vikings

(10-6-0) Packers  Well, I’m just not ready to see a contending Redskins team.  And, I don’t think they’re quite ready to contend.

(9-7-0) Redskins

Well, those are my picks.  What do you think?

BTW all those who are interested in the history of the USA go to youtube and look for Douglas Dietrich or Douglas Duane Dietrich. Or go to http://www.dddietrich.com/ .

Before it’s all erased and he suffers a suicide/heart attack/car accident via hellfire missile from drone.

Now German BKA (our FBI) comes and says, well mass rape /sex assault during festivities is known from Arab countries , a flash mobby gamer called Taharrush gamea.

So wait. The BKA KNEW THIS FOR YEARS. The CDU brings in a Million Arabs. AND THEY DON’T WARN THE POPULATION OR TRACK THE SOCIAL NETWORKS OVER WHICH ALL OF THESE MOBS ARE ORGANIZED. Even though they constantly claim how USEFUL total surveillance is.

So, if one could sure a government, one would have a good case for criminal negligence here methinks. Of course *I*’ve been running around since before the Oktoberfest warning everyone from going to big mass events now and everyone thinks I’m paranoid.

I’ve never seen a better catch than what just happened in Pitt!!!!

  4. The Seahawks used to be in the AFC conference with the Chiefs, so I’m bias against them. However, they blew out the Texans, so good for them.

I don’t like either the Steelers or the Bengals, but I was rooting for the Bengals in this game until the second half. Neither team deserved to win; however, the Bengals’ two 15 yard penalties in the last two minutes were well deserved. In this case, the better team won–I’m sorry to say.

    Tomorrow, Go Hawks!!!

During Pegida demo yesterday in Cologne bangers were thrown and police dissolved demo with water throwers.
Video evidence and statements from some police grunts indicate that at least some of the bangers were thrown by press members (who were vying for violence to discredit Pegida, and infiltrated the Pegida crowd, as the police lets them in when they have a press acreditation).

Well, I picked the first 2 (I am picking KC to go to the Superbowl – against the Panthers). But that Steeler game! I am glad I am not a fan of either team! LOL! Way to lose a game in the last 2 minutes.

Today, I am picking the Deadskins and Vikings. Greenbay just does not seem to be able to put it together (although I would not be disappointed to see them win). And Seattle is just not playing well right now.

    • philjourdan says:

Well, kind of got the Minnesota game right. But scoring opportunities do not win games. So just 2-2 for the weekend. The Washington game was a bit surprising. I did not expect Greenbay to get better now. I still do not see them advancing. Arizona and Panthers next week. Along with KC and Denver.

      • suyts says:

Well, I was 4-0 ….. but, yeh, the Seahawk game and the Pitt game were lost, not won. AFC is anyone’s pick …… and yeh, I think it’s the Panthers and Cards …. but, I’m not 100%

The decline has been nothing short of amazing. What’s even more amazing is that no one has been able to advantage themselves with all of this cheap energy.

I do not think this is really of duration. The oil surplus is of only about 2-3 % from the world production. If the economy expands it is gone in half a year, if not it may take a bit longer, I guess 2017 it will be above 50 or 60, (but my crystal ball is just a glass ball, nothing special)

    • suyts says:

That’s the wonder of it all, Lars. This cheap oil should have spurred enormous economic activity ….. but, it hasn’t.

      • philjourdan says:

There are 2 sides to every equation. Supply is one. Demand is the other. Regardless of the cooked numbers from Obama, demand has not been there for the past 8 years. So he can cook the employment numbers and the inflation numbers. But the simple fact is that demand is not there. And as the saying goes “as America goes, so goes the world”. The canary is China. And all but a liberal can see it.

There is a reason inflation did not explode with 4 rounds of QE. The middle class is disappearing and cannot drive demand any longer. And as long as democrats continue to destroy it, the recession will continue.

Well, well, with the lunatics the proof needs to be done always by the other party.
In Sweden one does not need to have a drivers licence to show when asked for it, one can just say it was lost somewhere on the way to the moon.

While in Germany, the police “cracks down” on Duesseldorf quarter that hosts hundreds of police-known Morokkan serial robbers, 40 get arrested, and immediately released again (all of them) by the judges.

We need to clean up the European Justice systems from the communists that have overtaken it.

I say communists because they are. Not Leftists. Maoist communists from the 1970ies. And the only reason they are Maoists and not Stalinists is that in the 1970ies Stalins genocides were already known (while Mao’s were still largely unknown).
