Okay, this isn’t shocking to anyone who bothers to understand such things. WaPo and Fox both came out with some interesting articles. Remember early this spring when tornadoes ravaged many parts of the US? Alarmists had the gall to say it was deserved because much of the area ravaged were populated by people who refuse to buy into the absurd notion that warming increases frequency and power of storms.
NOAA has devised a formula for calculating the quantity of tornadoes in years past prior to the spotting techniques and advanced technology we employ today. Guess what? The US is on pace to hit an all time low!
Ironically, the tornado drought was caused, in part, by an actual drought, another favorite meme of the lunatic fringe. The blocking highs so prevalent in tornado ally this year prevented the tornado spawning storms from materializing. If one thinks about it, this drives a wooden stake into the heart of the climate alarmism meme. It is impossible for all bad weather events to increase in frequency and severity.
I guess they got tired of skeptics laughing at them. I can’t find an updated graph for this. It’s like they quit graphing the F3-F5s because it demonstrates their infantile suggestion that storms increasing in severity was nothing but sophist speculation and hyperbole.
If we are to have more droughts, then we will have significantly less tornadoes. In a strange twist this year also marks the lowest amount of forest fires we’ve had for many, many years. I haven’t quit figured this one out, yet, but, it’s worth noting that this too destroys the lunatic fringe’s talking points.

When ever your read or hear that a warmer world will cause catastrophic weather, ask them for proof. After 30 years of hyperbole, none of this has ever materialized. After you ask for proof, they will either stare at you like a deer in headlights, or babble some incoherency about models. At which point, either response should be met with, not just laughing,
but, pointing and laughing……
Now, when that happens, don’t be surprised if they get really angry and call you names and make some bizarre statements about CO2 and skeptics. More on that in a bit, but just know these are very small people. They are of small intellect and most importantly small character. Just keep laughing and pointing at them and their absurdities. Eventually, they will die off, but in the mean time, we should have fun at their expense whenever and where ever we can.
