MSNBC’s Touré: Romney Engaging In The ‘Niggerization’ Of Obama

By Glenn McCoy – August 16, 2012

To recap, Vice President Biden blathered to a crowd in Virginia that Repubs would “put y’all back in chains.” Romney’s campaign called it a “new low,” while Romney himself accused the president of being “intellectually exhausted” and out of ideas.

“His campaign and his surrogates have made wild and reckless accusations that disgrace the office of the presidency,” Romney told a crowd of thousands at the final stop on his five-state bus tour. “Another outrageous charge came a few hours ago in Virginia. And the White House sinks a little bit lower. This is what an angry and desperate presidency looks like.”

He continued: “So, Mr. President, take your campaign of division and anger and hate back to Chicago.”

Now, any cogent person would understand that Romney is decrying the constant overt injection of racial division in the campaign.  So, how does MSNBC react?

“That really bothered me,” he said. “You notice he said anger twice. He’s really trying to use racial coding and access some really deep stereotypes about the angry black man. This is part of the playbook against Obama, the ‘otherization,’ he’s not like us.”

“I know it’s a heavy thing, I don’t say it lightly, but this is ‘niggerization,’” Touré said to the apparent shock of his co-panelists. “You are not one of us, you are like the scary black man who we’ve been trained to fear.”

If you don’t like the characterization of Obama being angry, then maybe you ought to drop him a line and tell him to quit acting so angry.  No one fears an angry black man, and certainly not Obama being angry.  I’ve nothing but contempt for angry Marxists.  I do fear what he’s doing to this country, and I hate his divisive nature.

So, now Repubs are racist because they accurately point out that Obama is angry and “intellectually exhausted”. He’s a SCoaMF.  Obama has failed this nation at every turn.

“Clinging to their guns and Bibles”, “they’ll have to ride in the back”, “they acted stupidly”, “he looks like he could be my son”, “punish our enemies”……. his own Attorney General of the United States, uses the term “my people” do describe people of a particular race in Congress.

There are, indeed, racists in this presidential election.  Clearly the racism is coming from team Obama and Obama himself.  Their overt racism disgusts me.  Their projection of racism on people like Romney disgusts me even more.

So, I’ll join in on the call.  Obama, take your team of hate and anger back to Chicago.  They seem a lot more comfortable with it than the rest of this country.  And take that idiot Touré with you.

Remind me not to say Anger “Twice” in the same reply.
What is it supposed to mean if he says it three times?
That is what I would call “Stretching for any meaning others might believe”.

    • suyts says:

I think saying anger 3 times would cause full blown delusional psychosis as opposed to the semi-functional paranoia delusions people like Touré suffer from.

  2. Vickie says:

Racism is truely all around us. You see it everyday in your daily lives. That doesn’t mean that everyone is Racist. Fill sorry for those who are.

    Preach it Brother Suyts !

  4. Gary Meyers says:

Touré is the angry black racist in the room! He and Sharpton along with the rest of that MSNBC crew are coming completely unglued. This will only get more interesting as we get closer to the election. What do you think will happen if Romney wins? Will there be rioting in the streets of our major cities? I’m afraid this will make the Watts riots of 1965 look tame.

  5. Questionman says:

Look at the pathertic racist playing holier than thou. I’ve noticed that’s what you losera are doing this entire election and it;s pathetic!

“It wasn’t the misspelled words, the poor grammar, or the even worse syntax. It was the fact that Questionman, contrary to his screen name, doesn’t question at all. He just admitted that the reason that the Obama sycophants don’t recognize that he is a SCOAMF is that they just simply don’t read the bad news. They don’t know who he is, just that he is…very existentialist, isn’t it?”

it’s no coincidence that such derogatory and meaningless epithets are used by racists.

This President saved this country from another great depression! Saved Wall Street, GM,Detroit,& Chrysler! Got Osama & Omar’ & passed the Affordable health care act! What has a republican done for you in the last 15 years?

I remember…Republican legislators threw up road blocks. It seemed as if the only purpose they had was to keep Obama from being a two term president.

It’s extremely disheartening to me that any Dem would say this. Toure spoke the truth, why not call the racists out? I’m tired and I feel disrespected by the GOP. I’ve felt like this since POTUS started running for office.

Watermelons on the WH lawn, Moochelle, FLOTUS’ rear end a regular subject of conversation, the 1st family described as monkeys, the birth certificate, school records, Obama as Hitler, Obama as a witch doctor. I could go on.

“We are our brother’s keeper.” – Obama

[ ‘Yet he has not contributed a penny to help his own brother. And evidently George does not believe, even in times of emergency, that he can turn to his brother in the White House for help.

Before I hung up I asked George, “Why are you coming to me?” He said, “I have no one else to ask.” Then he said something that astounded me, “Dinesh, you are like a brother to me.”

So much for spreading the wealth around.

Obama’s refusal to help George is especially surprising because George doesn’t just live in American-style poverty but rather in Third World poverty. He lives in a shanty in the Huruma slum in Nairobi. He gets by on a few dollars a month. Obama also has an aunt named Hawa Auma, his father’s sister, who ekes out a living selling coal on the streets of a small village in Kenya. She says she would like to have her teeth fixed, but she cannot afford it. Obama hasn’t offered to help her either.

What’s going on here? Why is President Obama so hesitant to help family members in need?

A couple of years ago, George teamed up with a British journalist Damien Lewis and the two of them published George’s story in a book called “Homeland.” Yet according to Lewis, shortly before the book’s publication in America, the publisher Simon & Schuster decided to shred the entire print run, more than 20,000 copies. Lewis tried unsuccessfully to get an explanation from Simon & Schuster but to no avail. He now suspects that the White House convinced Simon & Schuster that George’s story might prove embarrassing to the president.

In 2010, George also applied for a visa to come to the United States and was refused. While George confesses that in his younger years he was a delinquent, he has never been convicted of any crime. Moreover, he has a very good reason to visit the United States: his mother Jael Otieno lives in Atlanta. So why would the U. S. embassy in Nairobi refuse a tourist visa to the brother of the president who just wants to spend time with his mother?

In the past few days, an article has been circulating on the web that depicts George as a social undesirable. First published in the London Daily Mail, the article portrays George as a habitual drunk and philanderer. I spent a day with George this past February while interviewing him for my documentary film 2016: Obama’s America. I can attest that George is not an innocent. If he had been, he would not have survived life in the Huruma slum. Yes, George is street smart and cunning and I did smell alcohol on his breath.

But so what? George may be a drinker and a skirt-chaser but, as becomes clear from his book, he is also a survivor. He has overcome his past as a gang-member and petty thief and now works as the organizer of a slum soccer league. He is trying to uplift himself, and he is trying to help slum kids aspire to a better life. On balance, Lewis assures me, “George is not a bad guy. He is on the side of the angels.”

But even if Lewis is wrong, and George exhibits some harmful cultural pathologies, the liberal argument—one that Obama himself makes in his book “The Audacity of Hope” — is that the cultural pathologies of the poor are themselves the product of social disadvantage.

Barack Obama Jr. first met George in 1987, when George was five years old. He met George again in 2006 when he visited Kenya as a U.S. Senator from Illinois; George was then in his early twenties. Had Obama helped George along the way, perhaps this young man would not have ended up dirt-poor and living such a degraded life.

So what’s the real story here? Where’s George Obama’s “fair share”? George’s tragic situation exposes President Obama as a hypocrite. Here is a man who demands that others pay higher taxes to help the poor—even poor people who are not related to them—while Obama himself refuses to help a close relative like George.

Yet I believe there is a deeper explanation that goes beyond hypocrisy for why Obama wants nothing to do with George. After all, it would cost Obama so little to raise George out of poverty, and yet he won’t do it. This isn’t mere negligence; it suggests an active animus. The reason for that animus emerges in George’s book and also in my interview with George in the film 2016. In that interview, George rejects the anti-colonial philosophy that was espoused by Barack Obama Sr. This is the “dream from my father” that President Obama celebrates in his own autobiography.

From the record of their lives and writings, it’s clear that Barack Obama Sr. and Barack Obama Jr. both share the anti-colonial view that blames Western colonial exploitation for the poverty and suffering of the Third World. Yet George doesn’t buy it. He observes that at the time of its independence in the early 1960s “Kenya was on an economic par with Malaysia or Singapore. Look where we are now, and where they are. They’re practically developed and industrialized, while Kenya is still a basket case.” George believes that poor countries should take responsibility for their own situation. “What’s our excuse for failure? We don’t have one. We’ve only got ourselves to blame.”

Incredible though it seems, George Obama is, within the context of his own society, a conservative. He doesn’t worship at the shrine of Barack Obama Sr. and he espouses an ideology diametrically opposed to that of his father and his famous brother. George has experienced first-hand the empty rhetoric of the two Baracks, and he rejects it based on his actual experience of Third World poverty.

No wonder President Obama despises George, doesn’t want him around, doesn’t care to

hear George’s views circulated in America, and won’t lift a finger to help him even when George’s son is in the hospital. ‘]

Like many, Mr Obama USES the Bible….
“We are our brother’s keeper.” – Obama

Maybe, Mr Obama should actually APPLY the bible if he intends to quote it?

        1 Timothy 5:8

        King James Version (KJV)

8 But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.

        • kim2ooo says:

          Another Translation’

‘”If anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for his
immediate family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an
          unbeliever.” 1 Timothy 5:8

    • suyts says:

Yes, because it’s clearly racist to have policy disagreements with a Marxist. He didn’t save Chrysler he mandated that it be sold to the Italians. He didn’t save GM, he screwed the stockholders and creditors, he didn’t get bin Laden, the Navy Seals did. He didn’t save us from any recession, we’re in the worst recovery since the depression.

Toure spoke the truth because Romney used the word angry twice? Idiot.

You ask what has a Republican done in the last 15 years? No Republican leader had unemployment this high, this long. Ever.

Romney was right, when disagreeing with the president’s policies, the president is so intellectually exhausted he can do nothing but have his surrogates cry racism. It’s disgusting.

Do you think we forgot all of the characterizations of Bush?

I truly hope the left continues with this line of attack. With it, they will be entirely routed come November.

A number of months ago, I stated that I thought this would happen.

This seems to validate my statements?

[“During Thursday night’s “The Kudlow Report” on CNBC, “The Amateur” author Ed Klein said that according to sources within the Clinton camp, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was approached about the possibility of beingPresident Barack Obama’s running mate in November. And, Klein said, she turned it down.

Pundits and talking heads have discussed in recent weeks the possibility of Vice President Joe Biden being replaced on the Democratic presidential ticket, particularly with news of his brief hiatus from the spotlight this weekend.

“Up until just a couple of weeks ago the White House was putting out feelers to see if Hillary would accept the vice-presidential nod and replace Joe Biden,” Klein said. “Bill Clinton was, I’m told, urging his wife to accept the number two slot. He saw this as a great launching pad for her for running in 2016.”

“But then Hillary had lunch in the White House a couple of weeks ago with Valerie Jarrett — Michelle [Obama]’s best friend, senior adviser to both the first lady and the president … and she told Valerie that she would not accept the vice president’s spot. The lunch was ostensibly about other matters, but it came up. … Hillary felt burned out after four years as Secretary of State. But I’m told there were more important reasons for her not accepting.”

Those reasons, Klein explained, involve the former first lady being put in positions that would make her vulnerable if she should decide to run for president four years from now.

“She felt that if she were on the ticket with Obama and he lost, she would be tarred as a loser when she tried to run in 2016,” Klein said. “On the other hand, if she was on the ticket and he won, and he continued his far left-wing socialistic policies, she’d have to defend those policies when she ran in 2016.”

Klein said the talks never involved President Obama out of fear that if Clinton were to turn him down, her husband former President Bill Clinton would leak it out and embarrass Obama. Klein also said the current first lady was aware of the Jarrett-Clinton discussion. Although Hillary Clinton declined, he added, the door isn’t completely shut on her running as the number two.”]

[‘This President saved this country from another great depression! “]

“Consumption ticked up only 1.5%, for example, down from 2.4% in the first quarter. This may reflect that wages and salaries are barely keeping pace with inflation. Another negative is that business inventories climbed unexpectedly in the second quarter, which often presages a decline in business spending in the next quarter to clear the shelves.

It’s important to understand how unusual this kind of weak recovery is. Deep recessions like the one from December 2007 to June 2009 are typically followed by stronger recoveries, as there is more lost ground to make up.

The most recent comparable recession occurred in 1981-1982. Yet as the nearby chart shows, the Reagan expansion exploded with a 9.3% quarter and kept up a robust pace for years. By the 12th quarter of expansion, growth popped up to 6.4.%. At this stage of the Reagan expansion, overall GDP was 18.5% higher versus 6.7% for the Obama recovery, according to Congress’s Joint Economic Committee.

Even comparing this recovery with the average since the end of World War II, the Obama growth rate is well below the norm of 15.2%. The U.S. is running about $1.5 trillion of economic output behind where it should be.

This may sound like an abstraction, but it is the difference between a robust job market and lost opportunity for millions of Americans. It is the difference between a small federal budget deficit and more than $1 trillion for four straight years. It is the difference between a rising or falling poverty rate.

Mr. Obama is running for re-election as a tribune of the middle-class against “millionaires and billionaires,” but his Presidency has been the worst for the middle class and the poor in decades.

By the way, the federal Bureau of Economic Analysis chose this quarter to revise the post-2008 GDP numbers based on more detailed data, and it shows that the recovery was even weaker in 2010 than previously estimated. The growth rate for the first two quarters of 2010 were revised sharply downward, and for the year to 2.4% from 3%. The revisions also show the trough in 2009 was not as deep as originally thought.

This further discredits the value of the government’s 2009-2010 stimulus spending bonanza. Business investment and inventory buildup were both revised downward for 2010, which suggests that the stimulus did very little to boost business confidence.

The Keynesian theory is that government spending will boost consumer demand in a way that spurs more business spending to meet it. But instead the $830 billion stimulus seems to have created a short-term GDP blip based on government expenditures, but no growth takeoff. In return for blowing out the federal balance sheet, Americans got more debt but not more growth. And Mr. Obama says he wants $100 billion in more stimulus now?

The tragedy of the Obama Presidency is that it ignored the supply side: the producers, the risk-takers, the salary earners who put in 50 and 60 hours a week to get ahead. They have been battered by Washington, and no matter how much government tries to conjure growth with more spending and easier monetary policy, businesses won’t produce and workers won’t work if government threatens to confiscate returns.’]
