MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
An exchange between two characters from a recent popular film exemplifies what this case is, and has been, about:
FBI Agent Hoffman: Don’t go Boy Scout on me. We don’t have a rulebook here.
Attorney James Donovan: You’re Agent Hoffman, yeah?
FBI Agent Hoffman: Yeah.
Attorney James Donovan: German extraction?
FBI Agent Hoffman: Yeah, so?
Attorney James Donovan: My name’s Donovan, Irish, both sides, mother and father. I’m Irish, you’re German, but what makes us both Americans? Just one thing . . . the rulebook. We call it the Constitution and we agree to the rules and that’s what makes us Americans. It’s all that makes us Americans, so don’t tell me there’s no rulebook . . . .
It’s an order by a US district judge to the US. Department Of Justice. The facts of this case are well-known. It isn’t great reading, but, not bad for a court order.
Every American should read it, not because of any great slam nor snark, nor literary cause, but, because it demonstrates our Dept. of Justice’s wanton disregard for the rule of law and the casual contempt they have for our US Courts.
The judge, in this case, called their actions unethical. And, so they are. The judge also notes they violated US law.
I don’t know if this judge has the power to imprison these lawyers or not. Apparently, this wasn’t one of the options he considered. He apparently doesn’t have the power to disbar these attorneys, either, but, it seems he recommends it.
The problem, of course, isn’t that there were a few rogue attorneys at Justice. Many of us have followed this case since it started.
The facts are that everyone in the Dept. of Justice even vaguely familiar with this case knew the attorneys were lying to the court. They were complicit in the lies, and many, in higher offices, most likely directed the lies.
Worse, the judge notes similar behavior in other cases involving the DOJ. It wasn’t just in this instance that our DOJ lied to the courts and the American people, but, they, apparently, lie any damned time they feel like it.
Every American should read this because then they should know the PEOPLE are not being represented by our Dept. of Justice, that the DOJ has no compunction. That they have contempt for justice and the rule of law.
Read it, and cry for the people, mourn for Lady Justice, and pray to God for help.

Probably would need to recognize a nation before they adhere to any laws it might have created.
The all encompassing big brother and his faithful DOJ – EPA..Etc… Etc …Etc.. The constitution is hanging by a thread!
Apparently, in D.C. it’s not even hanging by a thread. It doesn’t seem to matter to them. It’s just a piece of paper with an idea they’ve long since disregarded.

My suspicion is that the Left Media does this in such cases to make it harder for people to google about the case themselves. It’s part of their Omerta strategy. What would you call it? Gatekeepers. Doesn’t work these days though.

I am almost ashamed to say – it does not surprise me. But having married a lady in the legal profession, I do know one thing. In a court room, a judge is the supreme leader. And you do not pull this monkey crap on them in their court room. Even if they agree with you, they will nail you to a cross.
That is what this judge did. Obama is no constitutional or legal scholar. He is an idiot – along with all his other flunkies.
The troublesome thing is – how many of these lawyers are still ending up as judges.
Too many from the democrat side.
German judges are mostly Islam-ares kissing 1968 student revolt Frankfurt School maniacs. SJW’s basically. From what I can tell.

Nice. I learned touch typing on a machine like that one. My grandparents bought me a manual typewriter, in 1970 or so for $99. I typed all of my papers on that lovely Underwood typewriter until I got an Apple IIe in 1982.

Underwoods were cheaper :).
It was a second hand and my HS graduation present, so I have no idea of the cost. But it is the reason I do not type very fast. . Keys kept getting jammed! 😉
Boy does that bring back a memory. The schools bought a lot of their machines for typing class from State surplus sales. The state replaced their old Royals with IBM Selectrics. The schools bought the old Royals for pennies on the dollar. When the Royals cost too much to maintain, they got Selectrics when the State moved to newer ones, especially the computerized word processing machines. Now they use networked computers, some still on dial-up and others on Wi-Fi, from ‘smart’ phones and tablets to PC type workstations.
I took typing in a “rich” school district (71), so we had Selectrics. It was hard using the Royal. But then I was never “rich” as a kid either. 😉

Our crime stats are impossible to break down in that there are no uniform requirements on what and how the crimes are reported.

Not illegal. Millions of mostly older Turks in Germany still have the Turkish nationality stemming from the guest worker program. They never had to switch. Their children INHERIT the nationality as Germany has the traditional blood right, not birth right for nationality. Today, Turks can decide on their 18th anniversary to switch to German (or at least I think that’s what the SPD government decided in 2000).
But many still don’t.
Independent of Nationality, there is “Aufenthaltsrecht”, right to reside in Germany, similar to a visum. You can be a French family in Germany for generations. For Turks and EU citizens, these visa are lifelong, so to speak. For Americans, they would have to renew them every few years or so. But, would get the renewal.
I think that’s about the situation.
As to the “Shariah police” in Wuppertal, the verdict of the first court has been overturned and I think a second court is re-examining it. Yes the first court found nothing wrong with it.
SPD and CDU are fighting for survival. Both parties are collapsing. So they try to show some resolve against Islamisation, if only for show.
Police likely recruits Muslims so they have more standing in the Muslim ghettos. If you’d ask me, I’d send a single pair of cops in to do what they have to do. The moment a mob forms to attack them, you go all in. You basically set a trap.
It is common that when police needs to go into a no go area, they need at least a dozen cops. Otherwise 30 or 60 muslims will attack just to show they don’t want German police in there. This is unacceptable. And the mobs aren’t even jailed. Cram them all in one cell and see how they like it. The SPD-CDU state is still appeasing violent Muslim mobs.
Re the collapse of SPD-CDU, the two government coalition parties: Together they now have about 50% of the electorate, and dropping.
