Remember When Ignoring The Law Was So Cool To Leftards?

You can read more at the link.  I don’t have much to add to this event.  I do wonder what Ms.  Davis hopes to accomplish.  While I deplore the SCOTUS ruling, it is their ruling.  This issue will not be reconsidered by the actions of Kim Davis.  I think a more reasonable way would be to resign and then work for the change in a more effective way.

I think she’s being played…..she said a few weeks ago to just get someone else in the office to issue marriage certificates, problem solved…they refused to do it
I’ve seen her interviews, and the other interviews of people on the other side….she seems like a nice lady, both sides like her

I think it’s a game and they are using her……

    This is what I gather…
She’s an elected official, so there’s nothing in place to actually fire her…..she would have to be impeached
Fed law overrode state law, and the state law specifically states opposite sexes….that could mean that no gay marriages are legal until the state convenes and changes it.

They have lessor clerks signing licenses now while she’s in jail…well duh, if that works now, why didn’t they just do that in the first place?
…reason, that doesn’t work now either….by their law, only a judge can sign a marriage license in her absence

I think they are just playing this, to give Huckabee more air time

Wonder if I would submit to Government policy:

If The Supreme Court decided to redefine the Biblical definition of say Baptism and forced me to acknowledge by my hand and issue a Baptismal Certificate?

Or when The Supreme Court redefines The Sabbath… or …

    Muslim Call to Prayer.

As a Christian, I feel I owe, Mrs. Davis… my thanks.

The Supreme Court may have jurisdiction over CIVIAL LAW AND could of handled this, in a civil law manner.

They [ SCOUS ] had no legal authority to redefine the Biblical definition of Marriage.

I hope to see them [ SCOUS ] challenged.

The state Commission on Judicial Fitness and Disability, which is conducting the ethics investigation, will not comment on the probe into Judge Vance Day’s actions, leaving it unclear exactly why Day is being investigated.
