Finally!!!! Black Community Waking Up To Margaret Sanger!!!!!

The conflict between a national group of black ministers and the Smithsonian Institution’s National Portrait Gallery (NPG) is heating up over the pastors’ call for the removal of a bust and all images of Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger – a known racist and eugenicist – from the gallery.

Ministers Taking a Stand, led by president Bishop E.W. Jackson, a Marine Corps veteran, retired attorney, graduate of Harvard Law School, and senior fellow for the Family Research Council, sent a letter last week to Kim Sajet, director of the NPG, asking for the removal of Sanger’s likeness “from all National Portrait Gallery exhibits.”

The letter stated:

Perhaps the Gallery is unaware that Ms. Sanger supported black eugenics, a racist attitude toward black and other minority babies; an elitist attitude toward those she regarded as “the feeble minded;” speaking at rallies of Ku Klux Klan women; and communications with Hitler sympathizers. Also, the notorious “Negro Project” which sought to limit, if not eliminate, black births, was her brainchild. Despite these well-documented facts of history, her bust sits proudly in your gallery as a hero of justice. The obvious incongruity is staggering!

Perhaps your institution is a victim of propaganda advanced by those who support abortion. Nevertheless, a prestigious institution like the National Portrait Gallery should have higher standards and subject its honorees to higher scrutiny…

Like Hitler, Sanger advocated eugenics – the extermination of people she deemed “undesirables.” Finding that the American people rejected that idea, she then switched to birth control as a way of controlling the population growth of black people and others.

In an interview with Breitbart News, Jackson said his group received a response from the NPG, which referred to Sanger as a person who struggled for justice because she tried to make birth control and reproductive freedom available to poor women.

“We responded back that this was not Sanger’s motivation,” Jackson asserts. “Her motivation was stopping people whom she considered ‘defective’ from having what she would call ‘defective children.’”

“She thought that black people needed to be stopped from propagating and growing their population, and other people she called ‘feeble-minded,’” he adds. “And the analogy I drew is that’s like saying, ‘Hitler might have been controversial, but at least he helped population control.’

Jackson said his organization next plans “on the ground action.”

“We are not happy at all with the response we’ve received,” he states. “We consider it disrespectful and not serious. We’re meeting with a number of black pro-life organizations and others to plan our next step.”

“We are going to the National Portrait Gallery,” he explains, adding:

We have a petition signed by over 9,000 people at this time. We’ll present the petition to the gallery and personally demand that they remove Margaret Sanger’s bust and all images of her from the “Struggle for Justice” exhibit – which includes, by the way, Martin Luther King and Rosa Parks!

Jackson said the fact Sanger is held in high esteem is “outrageous.”

“We will not rest until it’s taken down,” he asserts. “We want to make sure that everybody in America knows who Margaret Sanger actually was. We think that will put Planned Parenthood and what they do in the proper perspective and I hope this will be one more nail in the coffin of Planned Parenthood.”

Asked by Breitbart News how President Obama could be supportive of Planned Parenthood – founded by a racist – when he and his administration seem to cite racism continuously as the cause of much of what is wrong with this country, Jackson said, “Racism is only an evil to the Obama administration and those that support it when it helps their ideology and their cause. Otherwise, it should be ignored. We see that again and again.”

“This president has demonstrated such a callous, disregard for human life,” Jackson continues. “It’s almost unfathomable to me, but, of course, it’s in keeping with his record. He opposed the Born Alive Infant Protection Act – and that was nothing but infanticide, and he supported that! It doesn’t surprise me, but it still is unbelievable that a president could think that way.”

The call to remove Sanger’s bust comes following the release of multiple undercover investigative videos, produced by the Center for Medical Progress, in which top Planned Parenthood medical officials explain the harvesting of the body parts of aborted babies for potential sale to biomedical companies.

Ryan Bomberger, chief creative officer of The Radiance Foundation, is supporting Ministers Take a Stand. In a statement to Breitbart News, Bomberger said, “Museums educate the public about history. The NPG, however, wants to create a dangerous and fictionalized version of it.”

“Planned Parenthood was born in eugenic racism and elitism, and Margaret Sanger was the mother who gave birth to the world’s largest abortion chain,” he continued. “In the city where Planned Parenthood began, more black babies are aborted than born alive according to the New York Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. This is not the result of justice. It’s the result of animus.”

Regarding the notion that the institutional left upholds Planned Parenthood, founded by a racist, yet cites racism as the downfall of the United States, Bomberger said, “Liberals find racism in every institution of American life, except in the one industry that kills for a living.”

“Abortion is the number one killer in the black community (363,705 abortions versus 285,522 deaths from all causes of death combined),” he added. “Yet the propagandistic and hypocritical #BlackLivesMatter movement leadership stands with Planned Parenthood, proving that only some black lives matter.”

Presidential candidate and retired pediatric neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson said Wednesday that Planned Parenthood puts “most of their clinics in black neighborhoods” so they can “control that population.”

Appearing with Fox News Channel’s Neil Cavuto, Carson, an African-American, said, “I think people should go back and read about Margaret Sanger, who founded this place – a woman who Hillary Clinton, by the way, says she admires. Look and see what many people in Nazi Germany thought about her.”

Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), quotes Sanger: “Colored people are like human weeds and are to be exterminated…Slaves, Latin, and Hebrew immigrants are…a deadweight of human waste. Blacks, soldiers, and Jews are a menace to the (human) race.”

“[Sanger’s] legacy of Planned Parenthood has cost the lives of over 57 million babies since 1973, with over 13 million of them African-American babies,” Vliet continues. “That makes Planned Parenthood the leader in Black Genocide. Over 80% of Planned Parenthood abortions are either Black or Hispanic babies.”

Can we get an “Amen”?

We can only hope this message starts to resonate.  Bringing truth back to our history and heritage is a great place to start!  Sanger was a vile and horrid person.  Her work and work product (Planned Parenthood) should be seen for what it is.

Oh noes. If this becomes popular we might next have to get rid of our G.B.Shaw, Bertrand Russel and Woodrow Wilson statues. And maybe even re evaluate the economic wisdom of John Maynard Keynes, president of the Eugenics society.

Yeah I know I’m scratching the tip of the iceberg.

what with Ferguson and Baltimore, paid protesters, cops getting shot, that flag….I’m having conflicting thoughts about this
    So, how about a joke?

So, I was walking through the mall and I saw that there was a “Muslim Book Store.” I was wondering what exactly was in a Muslim bookstore so I went in.

As I was wandering around taking a look, the clerk stopped me and asked if he could help me.

I asked, “Do you have a copy of Donald Trump’s book on his U.S. Immigration Policy regarding Muslims and Mexicans?”

The clerk said, “[Bleep] off, get out and stay out!”

I said, “Yes, that’s the one. Do you have it in paperback?”

I would suggest that these same folks visit the Wikipedia page for Margaret Sanger and do a little bit of editing. … This Wikipedia entry sure looks to be pretty flattering to Margaret to me. Not much information regarding her eugenics positions, and what is there makes it sound like she was an opponent of eugenics instead of a proponent, which is pretty damn clear that she was definately a proponent of eugenics. Further, it suggests she worked with members of the black community in order to somehow help them, when it is clear that her motivations were to impose eugenics practices within the black community, definately not to “help” the black community. She was an extreme racist through and through, and even gave speeches to the women’s KKK, but this Wikipedia entry makes her out to look anything but racist.

Well, basically it points to many of the things Dirk and I’ve been pointing at for quite some time. And, essentially, it’s saying what I’ve been saying. We’re out of time.

I wrote a couple of posts about the timing of recessions. They’re natural occurrences. The depths of the recessions, however, depend upon how the fundamentals of economics have been applied. Since the official end of the last recession, the fundamentals haven’t just been ignored, the whole darn world has stood them on their head! All of the stock markets are entirely over-valued. The US never got it in gear, as the article points out, China is in a huge slowdown, the Eurozone, as a whole, is in pitiful shape, Japan doesn’t even matter any more ….. Russia is in an official recession, and Brazil isn’t doing much better.

The thing is, the lunatics didn’t allow the last recession to do what recessions are suppose to do, that is, to get rid of the failures which caused the recessions. Instead, they propped up the failures with printed money, instead of getting back to doing the things we know are good for the economy.

Some of the possibilities are in uncharted territory. As the story notes, our central banks have been buying up crap notes. I don’t know what happens when a central bank becomes over exposed to financial risks. But, I do know we don’t want to find out.

A note: Stock markets are the last to find out we’re in a recession.

The world’s economy has never been here before. All major players are playing with phony chips. It’s like a Monopoly game where the player that lands on the wrong property just writes the amount he owes on a scrap piece of paper and the property owner accepts it. No one goes “bankrupt”, and the game goes on.

It all comes crashing to an end when some country finally says “enough is enough” and demands actual, tangible assets. That’s when the “we don’t want to find out” you mentioned, happens.

        . . . in 1971, a shift from a Gold standard Dollar to a paper Dollar happened . . . .

That would be smack dab in the middle of Nixon’s Presidency. He talked a good conservative line, but Nixon sure instituted a lot of left-wing policies like: the EPA, price controls, and going off the gold standard to mention a few..

          “An early RINO?”

Sure. Kissinger was and is David Rockefeller’s goon. He arranged the Petrodollar protection-for-oil-if-you-only-sell-in-Dollars deal, and *CAUSED* the oil crisis. It wasn’t the Arabs idea to quadruple the price of oil – it was Rockefeller’s (well duh).

Firefox annoying history scroll issue strikes again here…

I did a major update on my pc and suddenly I had again the issue of firefox doing annoying scrolls back in history – when I scrolled a bit faster on my current tab backwards.

So checkedand found the setup mousewheel.with_shift.action set to 1
(even if I did not use the shift key, it jumps back… §$$%%)

Obviously my upgrade did reset the about:config values from 2 to the default 1. So I did again set this to 2 as explained by Chiefio here:

Thought I post this in case somebody else is annoyed by it 🙂

One of the annoying things about Norton is that it adds things to my browsers without my permission. I had this “feature” where the first window opened normally (I use Bing), but new tab windows would use Norton’s safe search. There was no way to turn that “feature” off. The add-ons didn’t list it, and the apps didn’t show it either. After a week of trying to remove the “feature,” I downloaded a new, factory version of Firefox. That fixed it. (I should have done it the first day, but I’m slow.)

It’s sometimes hard to see those stealth features that accompany many upgrades. Adobe flash player is notorious in that regard.

      • Lars P. says:

Good that you found the solution 🙂
Have you ever tried “no script”?:
It is amazing to see how many scripts are running on various pages.
It is a good control of what the browser does, but the way how certain sites look may change dramatically if those are using heavily scripts. On the other way you can enable the pages you want – but I would say that no script minimizes the danger of clicking accidentally on something.

Very good! I just installed it. I’m on my mobile plan and need to keep traffic down and zerohedge and breitbart have developed enormous appetites lately. Thanks so much!

        • suyts says:

They certainly have. It’s getting to where I don’t want to roam their sites. I still do, but, it certainly has decreased my Breitbart browsing.
