Well, time is short, so I’ll combine two posts I had in mind, because they’re related.
For those who don’t know, there’s a couple of new, somewhat troubling bits going about. Pew recently released a poll which states that Dims are more trusted than Repubs.
Given the continuous stream of dishonest and unethical acts the Dims have done since Obama’s oath of office, I was alarmed when I saw that. Did the whole damned population swing to the extreme left? One may be tempted to deduce that from this information, but, let’s consider this from the article ….
Further, a huge struggle Republicans seem to be having comes from disappointment inside their own party.
Republicans, in particular, are now more critical of their own party than they were a few months ago. About two-thirds (68%) express a favorable opinion of their party, the lowest share in more than two years. Six months ago, 86% of Republicans viewed the GOP positively.
Nearly a full 1/3 of self avowed Repubs are dissatisfied with their own party. Dims are dims, and regardless of their personal thoughts (they have very few), they will support the Dim party. In the past, Repubs were pretty much the same way, so the polls in such regards stayed pretty much even. That’s not how Repubs are rolling, today. And, so, with unity from one side, and ire and angst from the other, these numbers are not all that surprising.
For readers here, I don’t have to list the continuous betrayal by the establishment Repubs to the Repub voters. These spineless and ballless wonders have disappointed since Repubs took back the house, and they only increased their betrayal since Repubs took the Senate.
Now, I would probably look hard at myself if I thought I was one of only a few people to express frustration at the spineless and ballless wonders we’ve put in Congress. But, I’m not. I would dare say even a large percentage of the above mentioned “68%” actually dislike the Repub party, but, have confined themselves to a “two-party” type of thinking, and so for them, the question became Boolean …. either Dim or Repub. But, the dissatisfaction has become palpable, even before the emergence of Trump.
And, this leads me to the picture at the top. On Twitter, there’s a new hashtag/meme ….. “cuckservative”. I haven’t the time, nor inclination to detail the meanings of this. Fortunately, I don’t have to. Unfortunately, the girlymen who took offense to the term, mostly because it was accurate, decried that is was a racist term. Of course, nothing could be further from the truth. This is exactly what leftards do.
When I said I didn’t have to detail the meaning of this term, it is because someone else already has. Now, I don’t like referencing this fellow. I don’t like him, I never did. He’s too flippant about his immorality. That said, when a person is correct on an issue, they’re correct. He writes for Breitbart.
WARNING!!!!!!! Explicit language is used in his article!!! This post is not an endorsement of the author, but, rather, noting in this particular instance, he pretty much nails it. I won’t reproduce it all, mostly because it’s a lengthy post, but also because of the content.
‘CUCKSERVATIVE’ IS A GLORIOUSLY EFFECTIVE INSULT THAT SHOULD NOT BE SLURRED, DEMONISED, OR RIDICULED
Well! What a lot of drama in the conservative blogosphere over an apparently trivial diss: the word “cuckservative.” I’m going to lose some friends and admirers with what follows, but who cares. Let me explain to you what you should think about this ridiculous internecine quarrel.
The drama started on July 22, when Rush Limbaugh referred to critics of Donald Trump as “cuckolded Republicans.” A day later, Red State’s Erick Erickson said the term was “coined by white supremacists” as a “slur against Christian voters.” This was echoed by a Daily Caller columnist, and then reported on in the liberal New Republic. By then, the internet was on fire with allegations that “cuckservative” was a racist term. ….

I would prefer the term “cuckblicans”. If they were real men, they wouldn’t be cuckolded by the left. That is to say, if they weren’t cuckolded they wouldn’t be conservatives, anyway, but, they could be Republicans.
The populace elected Republicans to Congress in order to counter the left. Essentially, one can look at it as a marriage of sorts, by the people, to the Repubs. We looked to them to stop team Zero’s constant and quickening march. Instead, the establish Republicans have simply continued to allow team Zero to have their way with the American public, with impunity. Cuckblicans is apt.
You know what I find fascinating? Most notable female Repubs have more juevos than any establishment male Repub. Establishment Repubs are a disgrace to men and conservatives.
