Time To Push Back!!!! I Don’t Even Like Cakes …… But, I’m Going To Open A Bakery!!

This is the last time I’m going to see a story like this without me getting loud and maniacal.  This is utter idiocy.

So, it’s all over the news, lately …… another bakery was targeted by militant homosexuals faggots.

Actor Defends Christian Bakers Who Were Fined for Refusing to Ice a Gay ‘Bert and Ernie’ Cake

You know, I’m sick of this $hit!

Look, I don’t care if you want to be with someone of the same sex, or not.  I truly don’t care. I can’t afford to care.  You’ve been told.  You’ve been shown how devastating it is be have same sex partners … (Hep B, AIDS) … I don’t have to worry about it, personally.  But, beyond that, I simply don’t agree it is a proper way to live.  Nothing more needs to be stated.  I simply don’t agree.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m certain I live in a manner many other people simply don’t agree with.  We’re all good.  We’ll all meet our maker in a few.   I’ve no animosity towards gay people.  As far as I’m concerned, they can freak freely.  They’ve been told.  I’ve loved ones who are gay.  I love them more than myself.

Now, when it comes to targeting businesses and people who also feel the same way I do ……. well, you’re getting me to a special place of anger.

It was because of people like me, who believe freedom prevails, is why faggots are allowed to roam freely today.  Now, the very same faggots are hunting people who have a difference of opinion.

Come to my bakery, bitches, I’ll show you a very deep pit.

    Like you, there’s a lot of this I don’t understand..and never will.
Why call it Marriage?..if it was called civil union, whatever, it would have already been done. Don’t attack someone’s religion and try to force them to change it….just take religion out of it altogether.
..and for God’s sake…go after government, that’s fair game….but for crying out loud don’t pick on some little family bakery, florist, caterer, etc

….it’s like they are going out of their way to make enemies!

And like you, we have tons of gay friends, family, people we work and associate with…and every one of them are just as appalled about this crap as we are……now the decent gay people we know walk in the door apologizing first…going “that’s not us, we’re not like that” and having to make excuses they shouldn’t have to…..

oh, and if you open that bakery…I have a coconut cake recipe that’s just so divine!

Like most of our societal problems, this is the fault of governemnt. Marriage is a religious “rite”, and not a “right” of citizenship, the government should have never been involved in marriage in the first place.

If Uncle Barry wants to regulate legal bondage between consenting entities, then let Uncle Barry create a legal “union”, and regulate that as he sees fit. The solutions are simple, but the problems are complex, because that is the way Uncle Barry likes it.

    • Jason Calley says:

Hey gator! I would not even like the idea of Uncle Barry regulating legal bonds. If two people want to have a secular sort of marriage, then there is already a word for that; it is a simple contract. Why on earth do two people need a government to form a contract between the two of them? For God’s sake, keep the government out of religious marriage, and for Pete’s sake, keep the government out of secular, contractual marriage!

Of course, some people will say that the government HAS to be involved with marriage because various legal rights are associated with marriage, i.e., spousal social security benefits. Maybe THAT is wrong as well. How about a society with one simple rule; all individuals are bound by the same set of laws and regulations. Married couples don’t get special tax status. In fact, no one gets special status. If the laws have become so complicated that we need different laws for different people, then maybe the best solution is to not have such complicated laws. Taxes for a couple would just the same as if the taxes were on two individuals. Any benefits that are now for a spouse would be either discontinued or made assignable by the declaration of the person involved. For some couples, maybe the wish would be that survivor benefits go to that disabled sister instead of the well-to-do wife. I don’t know the details — because every individual knows what is best for him or her much better than I could ever know.

Basically, get the government out of the business of running our lives. Let religious couples get married in whatever church supports their request. Let secular couples contract as they wish. Let bakers bake what the agree to, not what some bureaucrat orders them!

Back in the old days, we used to call that sort of system “freedom.” I still think it is a good idea.

      • gator69 says:

Hey Jason! I agree 100% with getiing government out of our lives whenever possible, and I am against different IRS rules for “bonds”. However, there is an issue when it comes to spousal rights, and I can see a need for a government recognition for such arrangements.

The way to end the debate about “marriage”, is to get government out of the marriage business. Respect religious beliefs and customs, and leave contract law to Uncle Barry.

    ‘We’re all good.’

Yep. None of it is ever about Gays, Muslims, Blacks, Whites, Man, Woman, Government, Citizen. It’s all about the haters in every group, refusing to tolerate differences.

    • Latitude says:

yep….just for fun we watched some UTubes last night…
Tim Curry in Rocky Horror, Flip Wilson, Paul Lynde on Hollywood Squares, Blazing Saddles etc

They were hysterical, everyone was laughing…what the hell happeded to us?

      • gator69 says:

Back before all the PC nonsense when we all knew that only sticks and stones were dangerous, we had the ability to laugh at ourselves, and societal relations were much better. I dare NBC to try this today.

        • Latitude says:

I dare anyone to try this one now….

        • gator69 says:

Love me some “Blazing Saddles”! But that was an R rated movie, and the SNL skit was aired on NBC. Big difference. You can still see “Blazing Saddles” on cable, but you will never see NBC re-air a skit like that again.

      • leftinflagstaff says:

Whatever you are, if you’re not militant about being it, often many in your own group reject you.

        • leftinflagstaff says:

Or of course, you can make the choice to be militant yourself.

Comedian Jerry Seinfeld appeared on ESPNU and ESPN Radio’s “The Herd with Colin Cowherd” on Thursday and spoke on how other comedians have told him to not do comedy at college campuses because they are so politically correct now.

According to Seinfeld, people do not even know what they are talking about when they throw out terms such as “racist” or “sexist” and this has made its way into colleges, making them too politically correct to do comedy.

“I don’t play colleges but I hear a lot of people tell me, ‘Don’t go near colleges, they’re so pc.’ My daughter’s 14. My wife says to her, ‘Well, you know, in the next couple of years, I think maybe you’re going to want to hang around the city more on the weekends so you can see boys.’ You know, my daughter says, ‘That’s sexist.’ They just want to use these words. ‘That’s racist. That’s sexist. That’s prejudice.’ They don’t even know what they’re talking about.”

Chris Rock echoed a similar sentiment last year, saying colleges are “too conservative.”

Yes, colleges are too conservative. That’s the problem.

The atheist author who published a children’s book that takes aim at supposedly odd and curious verses in the Bible has announced the cancellation of a follow-up project that was slated to take aim at the Koran over worries that extremists could target him and his team.

The author, who goes by the pen name Horus Gilgamesh, previously published the “Awkward Moments Children’s Bible,” a book that poked fun at scripture, but his plans for the “Awkward Moments Kid’s Koran” project have now been officially shelved…

“At the end of the day, we were actually less worried about the three illustrations of Muhammad than we were the overall concept of western infidels (kafir) having the audacity to critique the [Koran] and/or challenge Islamic culture as a whole,” he wrote. “So, congratulations, Islam! You’ve managed to oppress yet another infidel into silent submission thanks [to] your religion’s all-too-typical heavy-handed scare tactics.”

Scare tactics? Were these men in orange scared to death?

Apparently this atheist is a big man when it comes to insulting Christians, but too much of a wuss to call murderers, murderers.

    • DirkH says:

A German newspaper just had the audacity to rename in a report about a rape attempt the perpetrator, a Somali called Ali S. (underground media had already spilled the beans); to Joseph T.; to not only protect the perp, which is SOP with our press, but at the same time slander Christians with a crime committed by a Muslim.

So I mailed them. I quoted Matthew:

“15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.”

…(19) is what will happen to the German liar media… (not the people. Only the used interior of the newspaper offices of course; thermal recycling)
