MHP At It Again!!!! Says Americans Are A Plague On The World!!!

I just don’t get it.  Sure, I understand self-loathing.  I think it’s pathetic, but, I understand there are people who simply dwell in such a state.  But, what I don’t understand is that people actually watch and pay heed to litany of self-loathing haters.  Melissa Harris-Perry is one such hating self-loather.  I mean, sure, MSNBC has a viewing audience comparable to a late-night shopping program, but, still, there are thousands, nation wide, which give this idiot, and the others exactly like her, credence.

MSNBC Host: Americans Are a Plague on The World

You know what the biggest problem facing Cuba in its new relationship with the United States might be? The plague of American tourists.

According to MSNBC’s Melissa Harris-Perry, the woman who wears tampon earrings on air and thinks your children belong to “the community,” the plague of American tourists might be the downside of reopening travel to the communist state.

“On the one hand, it is great to reopen these relationships. On the other hand, I worry about American tourists and the ways we can sometimes be a plague on the rest of the world, particularly in these nations that become high-tourist economies. And I’m wondering if there’s a downside to our economic ties opening up with Cuba, for Cuba,” Harris-Perry said during her weekend show to a group of panelists. …..

Same douchebag that mocked Romney for adopting a black child…

In an unseemly way, all of this translates into dollars in America’s $2-3 billion adoption market: Parents were willing to pay $16,000 more for a girl than a boy, but $38,000 more for a non-African-American baby than a black one.

The real world, it appears, is a far cry from Arnold, Willis and Mr. Drummond of Diff’rent Strokes fame, or the cases of wealthy celebrities who adopt African babies— whether out of the goodness of their heart, as a political statement, for use as fashion accessories, or to generate positive publicity. And in many ways, we should not be surprised, because this is America. This is a society that still equates blackness with inferiority and criminality, even if the president is black.

As if to make a bad situation even worse, the study pointed to circumstances that are blocking people from adopting children, and causing far too many children to languish in foster care on a road to bad life outcomes. These include the restrictions in some states against same-sex or single-parent adoptions, as well as the 2008 Hague Treaty, which places limitations on foreign citizens who want to adopt children in the U.S. There is a reason why many gay and lesbian families decide to adopt girls from China—often they are barred from adopting here at home.

In fact, removing foreign parents from the pool—who may prove more open and with fewer cultural and racial hang-ups— reduced the number of successful adoption matches by 33 percent. And eliminating gay parents resulted in a 6 percent drop, with only 18 percent of birth mothers allowing same-sex adoptive parents in the first place.

From a public policy point of view, none of this is good news for black children, who exist in the foster care system far beyond their numbers. Although fifteen percent of U.S. children are black, they are one-third of children in foster care, and one-third of those awaiting adoption. As a whole, all children of color are 60 percent of the kids in foster care. And not surprisingly, as adults they fill up the nation’s prisons at a disproportionate rate, and are two-thirds of America’s inmates.

Talk about self loathing, MHP brings it to a new and incredibly dispiable level.

“Although all of the parents in the study were white, surprisingly Latino and white children fared about the same.”

So, they should do that again with black parents and see what comes out. I wouldn’t be that surprised if Blacks preferred to adopt Blacks.
This “study” is just designed for the 2 minute hate machine. Cultural-marxist by design.

Melissa Harris-Perry is a puppet of “Big Brother,” but far too stupid to have read the book George Orwell started writing in 1946, “Nineteen Eighty-Four”.

  3. leftinflagstaff says:

Yeah, it’s not the MHPs of the world. She may not even believe her own crap. It’s those that create a market for her crap. You’ve never heard of her without them.

  4. Latitude says:

yes…because starving third world cultures are so quaint

    everyone got their rice cooker?

  5. Latitude says:

you know…..of course it takes an elite liberal to only think about tourists
that’s all she knows about Cuba

  6. DirkH says:

Every 2nd German was to Cuba already… They have an extra currency for tourists, so they can profit more.

I don’t have to go. I’ve been in the Ex DDR just after the wall fell. I know how decay looks and smells.

Here is more of her tripe:

Hippocratic Oath be damned. Abortion schooling is a must for physicians, according to one MSNBC host.

During her MSNBC’s Lean Forward on April 11, host Melissa Harris-Perry questioned Physicians for Reproductive Health’s Dr. Anne Davis on a North Carolina bill that would prohibit the “basic core skill” of abortion at state medical schools. The two described abortion education as a “core part” or a “core skill” five times during the five-minute seventeen-second interview.

We are witnessing the closing scene of a seventy year (1945-2015) drama that we do not understand because parts of the opening scenes were hidden from the public by a news blackout in AUG-SEPT 1945.

  10. omanuel says:

This closing scene to a seventy-year (1945-2015) Tragic-Comedy Is puzzling because major parts of the opening scene were hidden by a news blackout [1] of events #3 to #6 between 6 AUG 1945 and 24 OCT 1945:

    1. Hiroshima was DESTROYED by the release of energy stored in cores of uranium atoms on 6 AUG 1945

    2. Next Nagasaki was DESTROYED by energy released from the cores of plutonium atoms

    3. Then Japan exploded an atomic bomb off the coast of Konan, Korea

    4. Stalin’s USSR troops captured Japan’s atomic bomb plant at Konan, Korea

    5. Stalin’s troops then shot down and captured the American crew of a B29 bomber over Konan, Korea

    6. Stalin held the American crew for negotiations to unite nations in SEPT 1945 and forbid public knowledge of the FORCE OF DESTRUCTION in cores* of heavy atoms.

    7. The SEPT agreements to form the UN and forbid public knowledge of neutron repulsion were formally ratified on 24 OCT 1945.

Today’s closing scene illustrates the Divine Sense of Humor: The FORCE OF DESTRUCTION in cores* of heavy atoms is the FORCE OF CREATION of every atom, life and world in the Solar System from the Sun’s pulsar core* [2].

*[Powerful energy rays coming from Japan’s “Rising Sun” flag during WWII perhaps conveyed knowledge of the Sun’s pulsar core.]

We’ve nothing to fear. The conclusion to this re-enactment of a classic battle between good and evil, selfishness and unselfishness is already recorded in the scriptures of diverse religions:

    “Truth is victorious, never untruth!”

World leaders reduced nationalism, racism and sexism by deceiving the public and destroying respect for the individual. Our challenge is to retain the benefits and end the deceit.

    1. “Aston’s WARNING (12 DEC 1922); CHAOS & FEAR (AUG 1945)

    2. “Solar Energy for school teachers,”

  11. gator69 says:

Have you met Dr Brittney Cooper of Rutgers?

She wote a piece entitled, “The right’s made-up God: How bigots invented a white supremacist Jesus”.

Then she has some golden quotes of love thy neighbor quality…

white, blond-haired, blue-eyed, gun-toting, Bible-quoting Jesus of the religious right is a god of their own making. I call this god, the god of white supremacy and patriarchy.”

“The Jesus I know, love, talk about and choose to retain was a radical, freedom-loving, justice-seeking, potentially queer (because he was either asexual or a priest married to a prostitute), feminist healer, unimpressed by scripture-quoters and religious law-keepers, seduced neither by power nor evil.”

Some of her quotes are not fit to repeat here, so I won’t.

I called the head of her department Monday and was promised a call back that has yet to occur. According to the switchboard operator, Rutgers is getting flooded with complaint calls. I did not even have to tell the operator her name, he knew as soon as I said ‘complaint about staff’.

If I had made even one comment like this when I worked for the bank, I would have been fired immediately. And my job had nothing to do with filling childrens minds with ideas.

    • suyts says:

That’s why we are in the state we’re in, today. This nation sat and watched the left take over our education system and did nothing to stop it. Now, we have lunatics like you’ve referenced, and Rutgers thinks this is fine.

      • gator69 says:

I just left a voice mail for the department head (Womens Studies), Ms Abena Busia, reminding her that I have not received the call back that she promised me. I explained that I understand she is a very busy person, and that I can certainly contact the Board of Trustees if she is too busy to return my call.

      • gator69 says:

I tried Ms Busia again today, and yet still have not received the promised call back. Tomorrow, I contact the Board of Trustees. And now I have two complaints.

        • omanuel says:

Yes, thank you for speaking out.

This “politically correct” nonsense was building momentum over my entire academic career.

        • DirkH says:

          I’ve-been-a Busier?

        • gator69 says:

Her phone is going to be busier! I just spoke with the assistant head of Rutger’s personnel, and her boss will be calling me on Monday when she is back in the office. And I just spoke to the Dean’s assistant, and he will be calling me back as well. Both parties with whom I spoke were shocked at the quotes I read, and the fact that Ms Busia is ignoring my calls.

I cannot think of a job I have ever worked, that would not have fired me immediately for making such comments in a public forum, including Facebook and Twitter. Most companies I have worked for have a ‘misconduct’ clause that states if an employee does anything that could taint the reputation of that company, on or off the company clock, that employee would be terminated.

But I’m guessing that tenure, and/or the fact that reverse racism is PC, will save her job. But I do not expect to see her publishing this racist bigoted nonsense again.

  12. I. Lou Minotti says:

Let’s do some basic math. Between her and another MSNBC host, $3,070,000.00 in back taxes is owed to the IRS.

Perhaps some kind-hearted soul could start a gofundme so that all 3 remaining MSNBC viewers can help out.
