Good luck! I guess we can call you “two eyes” after today. 😉

  2. DirkH says:

If any of you has been following what Karen Hudes has to say, this is the best interview of her that I’ve come across so far. She is insider and whistleblower about corruption in the World Bank.
Important: she says that the US corruption will either stop OR the US will lose her allies – as shown by a social/PolSci modeling tool that already correctly predicted the end of the ability of the US to name the World Bank president.

AND THIS IS HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You! 🙂

      Who is Mr Brat?

      • philjourdan says:

We will find out. We may have traded the barracuda for the shark. Only time will tell. But he, more so now, knows what will happen if he becomes a DC pol.

      • philjourdan says:

That’s another thing. Eric Cantor refused to debate him. In fact, Eric Cantor had gotten so cocky, he would not even give interviews for the afternoon drive radio host for years! (he finally did this past week).

      • DirkH says:

        Brat is an unrepentant protestant.
        Cantor was Goldman-Sachs sponsored.

        • kim2ooo says:

“Brat, who is Catholic, got his masters from Princeton Theological Seminiary, an institution that, according to its mission statement, “prepares women and men to serve Jesus Christ in ministries marked by faith, integrity, scholarship, competence, compassion, and joy, equipping them for leadership worldwide in congregations and the larger church, in classrooms and the academy, and in the public arena.”

        • philjourdan says:

I only knew he was “Christian” as he claimed that his win was due to God and the people. And that was after the election was over.

        • DirkH says:

Oh I overlooked that. A catholic who endorses protestant principles? Strange that.

        • philjourdan says:

Why is it strange? Admittedly there are some very heretical and liberal “proclaimed” Catholics, but the basic premise of both theologies is the same. There are many minor differences, but the 2 major ones are probably (and a theologian can probably tell me if I am all wet) the Papacy and Transubstantiation versus Consubstantiation.

        • DirkH says:

A very important one is: No confession and pardoning of sins by priests for protestants. You’ve sinned? That’s between you and the almighty, nobody else. So you damn better please the almighty or else. At least that’s original protestantism; it’s now very mushy, but used to be much stricter.

        • philjourdan says:

Actually that is Catholicism as well. Confession is very misunderstood (as is the Virgin Mary). The Church Acknowledges that talking to a person is sometimes easier then quiet contemplation. So you can easily repent your sins without ever talking to a priest. He is merely a facilitator. But if you do not repent in your heart, no amount of Priest confessions can absolve you of the sin.

        • kim2ooo says:

A catholic who endorses protestant principles? Strange that.

          I’m Catholic and I’m in agreement with most here…on most things……………………… 🙂

There are some that CLAIM to be Catholic { Pelosi etc } – She may have been Baptized Catholic…but when you endorse such things as abortion etc… YOU are NOT Catholic.
In Fact: They, themselves, have excommunicated themselves from Catholicism.

        • philjourdan says:

+100 – as usual you are more eloquent than I am.

        • kim2ooo says:

“No confession and pardoning of sins by priests for protestants. You’ve sinned?”

While I appreciate your views on this………… HOW in the World Did you figure Mr Brat endorsed that?

        • philjourdan says:

I think Dirk is saying that Protestants do not believe in Priestly confession,.

        • kim2ooo says:

the Papacy and Transubstantiation versus Consubstantiation

          Correct… The most divided difference.

“While I appreciate your views on this………… HOW in the World Did you figure Mr Brat endorsed that?”

I thought he did as he praised protestant work ethics or their results. So, I was wrong about that.

        • kim2ooo says:

I thought he did as he praised protestant work ethics or their results. So, I was wrong about that.

Actually, I believe he praised Christian work ethics.

You do realize that Catholics are Christians… don’t you?

All Catholics are Christian … but not ALL Christians are Catholic.

        • DirkH says:

My confusion stems from one webpage where Brat praised Calvinism. Can’t find it, but here’s one page that talks about his connection to Calvinism.

“Brat’s spiritual life has long been as central to his identity, even though it has also been difficult to pigeonhole. He currently attends a Catholic church, but he also identifies as a Calvinist,”

As soon as I read Calvinist I categorized him as protestant. Because I thought Calvinism and catholicism don’t go together. Well I still think so. Brat obviously has a different opinion.

        • philjourdan says:

Or it could just be his faith journey. During my life, I dabbled in Protestantism. I wandered looking for answers. I eventually found them back where I was raised – thanks to some excellent teachers. But my philosophy has not been static for my 58 years. I think Dave Brat may be in the same boat.

        • kim2ooo says:

I think what you’ll find Moral Christian Ethics transcend religious dogma.

MR Brat has this to say: Individuals are morally responsible to work hard and advance themselves in society, so his theory goes, and then ultimately the capitalist system should help people advance and pull themselves up by their own bootstraps. “We should love our neighbor so much that we actually believe in right and wrong, and do something about it,” he writes. “

Many RHINOS and Democrats just wet their pants.

      • philjourdan says:

A side note. The democrats are conflicted. They thought Cantor was vulnerable, but for the wrong reasons. So they waited until yesterday to field a candidate (the last possible day). But they thought they would be running against a weakened Cantor. Brat has no baggage that any democrat can exploit. So I do not expect any change. And the “chaos” vote was not a factor. I indicated elsewhere that I live in a 50/50 precinct that is among the most liberal in the district. And there was not any indication of a democrat turnout.

House Majority Leader Cantor defeated in primary

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — House Majority Leader Eric Cantor was defeated Tuesday by a little-known economics professor in Virginia’s Republican primary, a stunning upset and major victory for the tea party.

I know. I voted against Cantor!

        • DirkH says:

Lat; the MSM constantly says the same on the German Euro skeptics AfD – they invent stuff out of whole cloth, like imaginary internal strife – it’s never followed up with substantiation, it’s just designed to demotivate potential voters.

          MSM is ALL lies now.

        • cdquarles says:

@ Dirk, the ‘MSM’ has been all lies for years. Once I realized that the TV (and other) news was made like movies or fiction titles, I’ve never been the same :P. I always wonder what was cut and why or why the story says things like ‘arch-conservative’ for a regular Joe who understands the Constitution of the US as written and amended and ‘mainstream’ for whacked out left wingnut nuts :P.

  10. Me says:

Same here James, I hope everything works out better this time around. Cheers!

    • DirkH says:

VERY interesting. The video was complete crap anyway – Christians criticizing Islam don’t have to produce any such crap, we actually have arguments. I thought the guy might just be insane, but him being an agent provocateur is a good explanation.

The Adoption and the Safe Families Act, set in motion by President Bill Clinton, offered cash “bonuses” to the states for every child they adopted out of foster care. In order to receive the “adoption incentive bonuses” local child protective services need more children. They must have merchandise (children) that sell and you must have plenty of them so the buyer can choose. Some counties are known to give a $4,000 bonus for each child adopted and an additional $2,000 for a “special needs” child. Employees work to keep the federal dollars flowing.

Funny. Blair did about the same thing with his child abduction targets for the “social services” in the UK. Clinton and Blair both seem to be satanists.

      • DirkH says:

And thanks for the links. I collect these.

      • DirkH says:

This might have to do with the constant need for children by the satanist elite. See Belgium, the Dutroux case, where over 20 witnesses mysteriously commited suicide or had accidents before they could testify.

Many of them got in contact by themselves with authorities via telephone; so whoever offed them had full access to the telephone network.

      From an mail received:

In a dramatic reversal, the Massachusetts’ Department of Children and Families (DCF) has filed a motion with the courts agreeing with our petition to have Justina Pelletier returned home to her family.

The motion for review of reconsideration and dismissal in the case of Justina Pelletier follows Liberty Counsel’s motion to return Justina home which was filed less than two weeks ago.

The motion indicates that DCF is in agreement with returning custody of Justina to her parents!

DCF’s concession completely undercuts their argument and reasoning for performing a “parent-ectomy” and removing Justina from the care of the Pelletiers in the first place.

She is now getting treatment from Tuft’s medical providers where she was receiving effective treatments before Boston Children’s Hospital intervened.

+ + DCF has agreed to return Justina to her family.

The entire process is now waiting on the judge. At this point, there is no reason to delay. There’s no reason why he can’t act immediately!

We have filed a motion asking Judge Joseph Johnston to expedite a ruling since all parties are in agreement. A ruling could come any day now.

Every hour she’s not back with her family is an hour she can’t ever get back. Once she does get home, she’ll have a long road to recovery — physically, mentally and spiritually.

Justina has now lost well over a year of her life with her family. The Pelletiers have spent untold hours and an enormous amount of resources fighting “Goliath” to get their daughter back from the misguided actions of an out-of-control state agency.

  14. DirkH says:

    Another one for the catholics.
Pope invites Muslim cleric. Cleric closes his prayer with “Oh Allah, help us to our victory over the infidels.” In Arabic of course.

German ex Muslim Hamed Abdel-Samad notices and posts it on his Facebook page. Catholic Church says, that’s rubbish, posts manuscript of what was planned to be said.

Well, Abdel-Samad was right – Muslim cleric added a little bit from the Quran that was not coordinated with Catholic Church beforehand, as it turns out.
I tried to google translate it but Google makes a crucial mistake, corrupting what happened.

    • DirkH says:

“It is unclear why the U.S. let the merciless al Qaeda leader slip away”

I would say, he’s clearly on the payroll of the CIA. All this chaos on Iraq is a replay of Afghanistan in the 80ies – where the local communists called the USSR for help. How do we get back into Iraq? Well, let’s use our peeps, inflict a little chaos, so that Bagdad calls for help.

I mean, Brzezinski’s still in charge, he knows the playbook from back then, what’s so difficult. Iraq has the largest oil reserves left, Saudi is nearing depletion (though still years to go). So we wanna be in Iraq, don’t we.

I mean, terrorists overrun cities. TERRORISTS ALWAYS HAVE A GOVERNMENT BACKING THEM. The question is just, which one. I think it’s clear.

    How DiCaprio fights global warming

I’m awed. Just 10 days between the tweet and the yacht story. Is it possible to reach orbit using sheer hypocrisy?

😆 at least it isn’t hitting a iceberg, or being stuck in non existent ice in the Antarctic. So it shouldn’t be a problem for him at all. I got to hand him one thing, he nails those eccentric roles he plays, it must be natural for him.

      • Bruce of Newcastle says:

He hired it off an Arab oil sheik from the United Arab Emirates.

        And remember this?

‘Do as I say, not as I do’.

        • Me says:

Yep, I hear ya, and I think he is nuts or thinks we are, but he plays the nutty roles so well and he isn’t that good until he plays a nutty role., 😆

        • Me says:

I can’t wait for him to do Obama the movie, but knowing him it’ll be all sunshine and lollypops, and he would fail, because he can’t play that role. But I ‘d bet he’d do a better Jay Carney than Jay Carney as himself. They are both mental midgets and has to have the MSN carry their message to the populace. 😆 Irony Jays last name is Carney! LMAO

    • DirkH says:

Maybe we’re unfair; and DiCaprio is actually the first enlightened Green.
I sometimes ponder what we would do if energy were 1000 times as cheap.
So we would all be Leo DiCaprios, consumption-wise.
      He’s showing us the way.
It’s ok to rent a Super Yacht when you share it with 21 friends.
I like that much better than the hairshirt greens.
