Obama Administration Demands More Money For Immigration Crisis They Created!!!!!

I haven’t written much about this, lately, but, I’ll assume people are at least vaguely familiar ….

Team Zero decided to encourage minors to illegally enter the US.

Among the policies that allegedly are creating a magnet for illegal immigrants is what’s known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. The unilateral policy in 2012 allowed some illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children to defer deportation — among other criteria, they must have come to the U.S. before they were 16 years old, be younger than 31 on June 15, 2012, and have been in the country since at least June 15, 2007, and have no criminal history.

The administration extended that program earlier this month, allowing the immigrants to apply for protection from deportation for another two years.

So, what has been the result of this policy shift?

The Christian Science Monitor reports that, “During the decade preceding fiscal year 2012, the federal government agency tasked with caring for unaccompanied minors who cross the border illegally dealt with an average of 7,000 to 8,000 cases a year… In fiscal year 2011, the number was 6,560. The following year, however, the number jumped to 13,625. This fiscal year, which ends Sept. 30, 2014, federal officials are estimating that the number could be 80,000, according to an internal memo cited by The New York Times.”

Suddenly, we have a crisis of humanitarian proportions.  No one is set up to adequately care for a 10 fold increase in illegal immigrant children.

Lanza had crossed the border form Mexico five days earlier along with his wife and three children. They had been in a cell ever since waiting for the Border Patrol to process them. But with groups of 80 to 90 people asking border agents to arrest them everyday, the system has been overwhelmed. There is just no place to house everyone until their case can be adjudicated so the Border Patrol is simply letting them go with a promise that they voluntarily report to immigration officials weeks later.

But, that’s just one instance, in others …..

Last week Arizona Governor Jan Brewer sent a letter to President Obama demanding inhumane drop offs of illegal immigrant women and children in 100 degree temperatures be stopped. That request was ignored and the feds have no plans to stop dumping hundreds of illegal immigrants at bus stops with a court date, hoping someday they show up again for their immigration hearing. More from CBS 5 AZ:

Andrew Wilder told CBS 5 News that reports claiming no more buses would arrive in Phoenix are inaccurate.
Wilder also confirmed that unaccompanied children crossing into the U.S. in Texas were making their way to southern Arizona, and the first shipment was expected to arrive Friday.
An immigration official told CBS 5 News that 195 unaccompanied children a day are crossing the border into the U.S., and if left unchecked more than 142,000 of them would cross within the next year.
Wilder said he participated in a call with federal agencies including DHS, HHS, ICE, Border Patrol and FEMA about the transportation of immigrants into Arizona from the Rio Grande Valley in Texas.
“The federal government has no plans to terminate this operation any time in the immediate future,” Wilder said.
“The governor is troubled about this new information today,” Wilder said. “It is absolutely unconscionable this is continuing.”

But despite the feds’ response to Brewer’s original request, she isn’t backing down.

“Not only does the federal government have no plan to stop this disgraceful policy, it also has no plan to deal with the endless waves of illegal aliens once they are released here. If the Obama administration put half the effort into securing our border as it has invested to institute this operation, our state and nation would not be facing this situation. This is a crisis of the federal government’s creation, and the fact that the border remains unsecure – now apparently intentionally – while this operation continues full-steam ahead is deplorable,” Brewer said in a statement. “I have reached out to Federal Homeland Security Director Jeh Johnson for answers. Meanwhile, I reiterate my call on President Obama to secure our southern border and terminate this operation immediately.”

What the hell?  But, wait!!!!  There’s more!!!!

In the latest policy announcement, the administration is now seeking young lawyers to help provide legal assistance to children in immigration proceedings. Officials say about 100 lawyers and paralegals will be enrolled as members of AmeriCorps in a new division called “justice AmeriCorps.” It’s a partnership between the Justice Department and the agency that administers AmeriCorps, the Corporation for National and Community Service.

Further, the White House is seeking an additional $1.4 billion to handle the wave of unaccompanied children making the trek to the U.S., largely from Central America.

I wonder …. what happens to young women and children dropped of in the streets of a big city?  But, then, we know team Zero doesn’t give to shakes about the welfare of American citizens, much less a bunch of illegals they’ve encouraged to come here.

Human trafficking made easy by team Zero.

Zero’s flaunting of US law has caused him to commit many impeachable offenses.  I believe the House should start the impeachment proceedings.  They should and can based solely on this madness, but, I think it would be better to use the release of the Taliban leadership debacle.  Put it out there for all the world to see.  Put the pressure on the Dems.  Force them to choose between being good Americans and doing their sworn duty, or being  Dem.  People need to stand up and be counted.

you know…as much as if give this guy credit…..even I didn’t see this one coming

Now what to do with thousands of children…you can’t just turn them loose….

This is what makes me so mad when some gd liberal starts harping about mexicans and borders..
It’s like the rest of central and south America doesn’t exist…

Let’s face it….these are not some metrosexuals…women driving mercedes….or even people drinking lattes….these are people coming from the bottom, desperately looking for something better

We have another “quite” epidemic going on right now in south Florida….and even the doctors are saying where it’s coming from

‘No one is set up to adequately care for a 10 fold increase in illegal immigrant children.’

Nor should anyone ever be forced to be.

‘Put the pressure on the Dems. Force them to choose between being good Americans and doing their sworn duty, or being Dem.’

Pressure? Naw, any pressure vanished when they renounced their citizenship.

Federal dumping of illegals in Arizona – maybe a little payback Chicago style?

Irrespective, encouraging children to cross the border then transport them to Arizona to dump them in the streets in such high temperatures is insanely inhumane. I can’t believe our country would do something like that. That the “H” are they thinking?

Does the $1.4B pay for their health care, welfare, and food stamps too?

    • suyts says:

No, we’ll ask for extra money for that, later.

      • HankH says:

Arizona will have to pay for much of the cost. As I said, this is payback Chicago style. Brewer needs to file a federal injunction rather than writing Zero letters (like he cares). That, and threaten to arrest any Feds caught dumping people on the street for child abuse and inhumane treatment.

    • leftinflagstaff says:

Shhhh…don’t get them thinking, and discovering that it’s cooler in Flagstaff.

      • HankH says:

That and Prescott (what was supposed to be the capital of Arizona) and the higher hills of Kingman. But we’ll keep that to ourselves.

        • leftinflagstaff says:

‘what was supposed to be the capital of Arizona’…

Glad it didn’t turn out that way. Being the capital would’ve meant more government, and probably ruined a cool little town. Thumb Butte would probably be a wind farm.

        • HankH says:

I agree. I go camping down at Lower Wolf Creek just outside of Prescott. I’m thinking I might move to Prescott some day. It’s beautiful country and the town is both rustic and quaint. They’ve got some good restaurants too.

        • leftinflagstaff says:

Nice. Any place with a ‘Whiskey Row’ gets my approval. 🙂

        • philjourdan says:

I’ve been to Kingman. I love the place! But it is a little too close to California now.

  5. philjourdan says:

They are creating! Still happening. This is not even the law of unintended consequences. This is just malfeasance, incompetence and sadism. The dumping on Arizona and Texas is because of their republican governors. He is playing with the lives of women and children for his own political vengeance.

    • suyts says:

Yes, he is. He’s a disgusting creature.

    • HankH says:

That’s the reason they aren’t dumping in Nevada. Senator Reid is on the good side of Obama.

      • DirkH says:

Oh, so that’s what’s wrong with Nevada.

        • philjourdan says:

That is but one of its problems.

        • HankH says:

LOL, everything wrong with Nevada can be traced to Reid in one way or another. The entire gaming and food services industry is union run. They answer to Reid and visa versa. We’re 49th in the country in the quality of education, last in child health services (prolly another reason why they don’t dump here), highest in teen pregnancy (yet another reason), and the list goes on.

All the stimulus money that was earmarked for Nevada went to the unions to drive nails and pull them back out.

        • Jim Masterson says:

. . . to drive nails and pull them back out.

I do that a lot, but not one right after the other. Usually there’s a few years gap between those two events (unless I start driving them in crooked).
