Six Men Who Lost Their Lives Searching For Bergdahl

I got this from a Twitchy covered comment.  Here.

And, we even see this from CNN.

Fellow soldiers call Bowe Bergdahl a deserter, not a hero

CNN) — The sense of pride expressed by officials of the Obama administration at the release of Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl is not shared by many of those who served with him, veterans and soldiers who call him a deserter whose “selfish act” ended up costing the lives of better men.

“I was pissed off then, and I am even more so now with everything going on,” said former Sgt. Matt Vierkant, a member of Bergdahl’s platoon when he went missing on June 30, 2009. “Bowe Bergdahl deserted during a time of war, and his fellow Americans lost their lives searching for him.”

There’s a lot more to read at the link.

As a former soldier, I can tell you, when a former comrade says these things, there’s a lot of gravity to it.  Instinctively, one gives the benefit of doubt because of the common uniform and all that comes with it.

I fear, because of the animals we’ve released, more Americans will die so we could retrieve Bergdahl.  He’d better answer some questions and they’d better be the right answers.  Obama had better answer some questions and they’d better be the right answers, as well.

His father’s speech was enough to convince me of the truth to his comrades in arms story. He is no hero. He is responsible for 6 deaths so far, and probably a lot more due to the illegal act of the criminal in the white house.

C’mon… you, and the rest of us, are smarter than that.

His defense will be a combination of…. “Emotional / Mental Fatigue” – [ the desertion part http://www.ptsdmanual.com/fm22-51/ch5.pdf ]…. and “Stockholm Syndrome” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stockholm_syndrome

    We will hear nothing.
