I fully believe this has less to do with keeping people safe, and much more to do with our governments’ overwhelming fear of a free society.

Safety is relatively easy to accomplish.  Especially from nutter terrorists.  You simply have to alter their access, and they way we allow people easy entry to our respective nations.  Oh, did I say our?  Yes.  People should not be as naïve as to believe this is confined to the US.  It isn’t.  And, they’re all working together.  Some more than others.

We should all remember that with freedom and liberty come certain risks.  But, history shows that free men can adequately respond to threats upon our liberties.  It’s is the people who are not free who can not.

It’s a basic question which our forefathers succinctly answered so many years ago.  Life is not so precious that liberty should be sacrificed at the alter of security.  That isn’t life, that’s only existence.  And, mere existence is something I’d rather not live.

People, remove your chains!
