Line up, everyone who is to praise the Lord! All you angels, heavens, skies, and clouds, sun and moon, stars, creatures of the oceans and lands, rulers of the earth, young and old men, women, and children. All creation, worship Him, for His name is great, and His glory towers over the earth and heaven.
As our Creator, He is worthy to receive perpetual glory and honor regardless of our circumstances. (If we waited for all our circumstances to line up to our liking, we would never fulfill this exhortation!) May our very existence be to glorify our Master Designer and Creator. It is our ultimate purpose now and forevermore.
Being one of His creations, we are in great company, along with all the others, as we praise our mighty Lord and King Who is most certainly worthy of all the honor we can give Him. And what an immense privilege it is for us to do so. Join in with the chorus of the multitude of praisers today.

Lord, could you speed things up a bit? We need you here. Just asking.
The singing is fun too, although we’re a bit old fashioned. If I recall at least one of the hymns we sing from time to time was written by Augustine around 400 AD.
Is my favorite part of Sunday services is to sing the old gospel songs.
