From HuffPo, of course…..
Speaking at a dinner hosted by the South Carolina Democratic Party, Biden said “One of the things that bothers me most about the new Republican party is how down on America they are, how down on our prospects they are, how they talk about how we’re getting clobbered, how they talk about things that have no relationship to reality, all in the name of making sure that the very few at the top do very well. They’re not bad guys. They actually believe it.”
So, we have to ask, who said this? ……..
[T]he United States shares the blame because much of the violence is centered around the Americans’ demand for illegal drugs and the fact that guns are smuggled into Mexico from the United States.
But, Barry did thank all the Mexicans there who voted for him….. while telling a foreign nation how poorly we’ve treated them…..
Then Obama suggested that Americans have not treated Mexicans with “dignity and respect,” and that we must “recognize our responsibility” to do so, including “recognizing how the United States has been strengthened by the extraordinary contributions of immigrants from Mexico and by Americans of Mexican heritage …. Indeed, without the strong support of Hispanics, including so many Mexican Americans, I would not be standing before you today as President of the United States.”
Personally, I’m not down on America. I believe our prospects are brighter and brighter. The longer we demonstrate we can withstand the withering assault on America perpetrated by Obama and the chorus of totalitarian socialists he identifies with, and their imbecilic enablers such as Biden, the more I know that as soon as the US takes its trash out and leaves the Obama presidency in the dustbin of history, the much better off we’ll be. If an anti-American totalitarian socialist scumbag of a president can’t destroy the American spirit nothing will.
