Can Someone Explain To Me How This Billboard May Be Offensive To Native Americans?

If anything, this conjures the plight many American Indians suffered at the hands of the US government. 

So, are some people just squealing because they don’t like the message?  Or is there some irrational meaning some are deriving from this billboard?

Personally, I think this is typical leftist faux outrage.  Although I don’t identify as a native American, it is part of my heritage.  I’m not offended.  And, I view this as a perfect example as to why there is a 2nd amendment.
