Not as effective as scissors, but that should work in a pinch against a Glock.
If they have to run and hide from shooters, how are they going to use up the 1.15 billion rounds of ammunition (200,000 hollow points included) they just bought?

True but by definition, anyone who isn’t an active shooter is a potentially inactive one. I don’t expect them to exercise good judgement in shooting the ones they think are inactive.
No, I don’t expect them to either. Maybe we should all be active shooters first so we won’t get bothered by them.
I go to the local in-door range and shoot and I’m pretty active about it. LOL!
It could work. But one would need a 500 Lumen taxtical LED flashlight as well. Use the flashlight to blind the attacker, then run towards him and poke his eyes out with the scissors, rendering him unable to target.
Maybe the DHS could undertake some mass desensitation training. Starting with a really gory video, not that lame one.
