Oh-oh…… When Did This Happen? ENSO

That meter was pegged to slightly positive for most of 2012.

A reminder to people ENSO measurements are specific for an area at the equator…

When negative, to the point of La Nina, it tends to cool things and often brings some weather events in the US and other places.

Grumble, grumble, grumble.

You can see just about all the ENSO graphs and data you’d ever want at Anthony’s ENSO page.

Well James , we both know that the whole stupid construction of CAGW is a determined exercise in social engineering designed to remove “old” industry and replace it with new “connected” industry. Money James, it’s always about money.

The “Travesty” experiencing a La Nada!

The cool anomaly along the equator sure looks like a forming La Nina to me.

I’ve been watching for a while now, a cool patch appeared off of Panama about a month ago and has been stretching west. Classic La Nina behaviour. Likewise the high pressure systems which cross Oz are moving further south, which is another sign of La Nina. When they get to Tasmania’s latitude we start to get very wet weather here. Which will be around mid to late January from the look of it.
