Idiot HuffPo writer thinks Occupy loons can up-twinkle their own candidates

HuffPo contributor, George Lakoff, thinks the next step for the Occupy loons is to occupy the election booths and gain electoral power like the TEA party did two years ago.  This is, presumably, after they’ve learned to wipe themselves.  But, then, proper hygiene isn’t constitutionally required, so…….

Of course, Lakoff is advocating the Occupiers try to co-opt the Democratic party, all of few dozens scattered around the nation.  This would be a role reversal, and I don’t think the occupiers will go for it.  You see, the Dems are bankrolling those children, and I think the children are perfectly happy to have the free money roll in.  If they were to try and move some of the funders out, their gravy train would likely end.

But, for argument’s sake, let’s say these kids learn some basic hygiene and how to where shoes without Velcro.   Do they hold enough sway and support as to be able to make some significant in roads to even the Dem party?  Well, we just had a test case of about how much sway and support the Occupy people have over the general American public.  As it was widely reported, the Occupy people had attempted to convince the public to boycott Black Friday. (The nations biggest shopping day.)  How did America respond?  We saw an eclipsing of all the records of spending on Black Friday.  Now, I’m not going to say that all of that was a good thing.  If personal debt increased much because of this action then it would have been a poor decision.  But, it is worth bringing up because it illustrates the impact the Occupy loons are having on the American people.

Unlike the TEA party, the Occupy people have no coherent message.  The TEA party, took up as their banner, lower taxes, limited government, and specifically no preferential treatment for the large corporations and banks.  For those that forgot, the TEA party originated during the 1st round of bailouts.  What do the Occupiers have?  Just filth and anger.  No one is going to listen to these children.  They’ve gone beyond just embarrassing themselves,  they’re an embarrassment to this nation, and, in the words of Nancy Pelosi, “God bless them”, they’re an embarrassment to the Democratic party.

The Tea Party was created based upon a common goal. OWS was created as a knee jerk reaction to the Tea party. As such, half the members of OWS do not even know what they want, and another portion are actually closet Tea Partiers who have only heard the lies about the Tea party.

That being said, no one should really listen to lakoff seriously. His message to the democrats in 2k and 04 was that they were not getting their message out. Anyone with half a brain knows that when they do get their message out, they are creamed at the polls.

Indeed, when this OWS stuff first came about, I went to a few blogs supporting the OWS. I’d ask them what the wanted, and they really didn’t have an answer. But, most were adamantly opposed to the bailouts. I asked them how come they didn’t protest with the TEA party when they were rallying against them. To my surprise, some of the actually believed the TEA party was in favor of the bailouts.

Lakoff is a hoot. He had some other clueless statements, but I was thinking about using them for another post….. but what the heck…

“According to right-wing morality, the successful are by definition the moral; the one percent are taken to be the most moral. The country and the world should be ruled by such a “moral” hierarchy. Except for national security, the Public should disappear through lack of funding. The nation and the world should be ruled for private profit alone — and by force.”

Yeh, it died pretty quickly. I think JAXA removed some pages. I remember trying to run it down, but I ran into some “now-you-see-it-now-you-don’t” things. I’m pretty sure we’ll hear more about it in the future. The sat images are pretty convincing.

I’m waiting for something stupid to come out of Durban. :-)…… come on, you know something will.

What blast? what explosion? we didn’t see no stinkin’ smoke…………

A second Iranian nuclear facility has exploded, as diplomatic tensions rise between the West and Tehran

AN IRANIAN nuclear facility has been hit by a huge explosion, the second such blast in a month, prompting speculation that Tehran’s military and atomic sites are under attack.

      Coincidental accidents!!!!

    • suyts says:

Well, you knew the Israelis wouldn’t let that be. I have no idea who’s done this, but if the rest of the world wouldn’t have the balls to do something about it. Israel would.

      • Mike Davis says:

There are actually groups in Iran that do not agree with their government and have been involved in what would be considered domestic terror activities.

    • Latitude says:

A nuclear Iran benefits no one in that region….Saudis, Russians, China, even Turkey could have done it……..
Problem with Iran, is that no one really wants them to go nuclear………LOL

  3. Occupy is a creation of ACORN, George Soros, and the UN. I’m sure it’s inconvenient for Occupy and the UN that there is a paper trail of a person in the United Nations building paying for the Occupy web site domain.

Fenton Communications is all over this movement! There was talk it originated in Canada, which links it to Suzuki who is also in bed with Fenton.

    • suyts says:

Two sides of the same coin. Suzuki would be a minor player in this game. What I think is a hoot is how, in spite of the news media glamorizing and spinning this movement, the message isn’t resonating. It isn’t resonating anywhere in the U.S., and I don’t think its resonating in Canada nor Australia. It has been a total failure and a great expense to the global socialists. ….. With U.S. elections less than a year away, watch that money dry up as campaigns for seats in congress start to heat up. Which, that was the take home message I tried to convey.

Lakoff, thinks OWS is like the TEA party movement in that it provided its own locomotion. It didn’t the TEA party was and is a force of its own. The OWS collapses without outside fueling. They could no more run their own candidates than they can clean up after themselves. lol, Lakoff thinks that people that haven’t even house trained themselves could run a political campaign. Sure, run a candidate that tries to kill the busiest day in retail sales in America. I’m sure people would turn out in droves in support…… assuming the candidate remembered to wipe……
