Reminds me of a joke from a Bill Bryson book, where a friend he travelled with had his watch stolen in Ghana. Later, when asked what time it is he would respond “I can’ tell you but I have some people in Ghana who handle that for me.”
O’ Bambi did not outsource he gave the money away. The outsourcing was just a front for the theft.
Outsourcing by a corporation has been just keeping competitive with the rest of the sharks and was forced on the country by the politicians that wanted a few more dollars from the corporations.
